Refund policy

All tire sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for any reason.

Orders cannot be canceled, amended, or modified once they have been processed. Please verify your tire size, speed rating, and load index prior to finalizing your order.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct tire specifications are selected for their vehicle. We are not responsible for compatibility errors, incorrect size choices, or fitment issues.

If a tire arrives with a verified manufacturer defect or transit damage, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. These rare exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis strictly at our discretion.
